Return Policy

 

We’re a family-owned business, which means you, our valued customers are part of our family too! We truly hope you like our products and service, and share your kind words with friends and family!

For BitimexHome products, you have 60 day return window in case:

  • The product is damaged, defective or broken (we'll pay for the return shipping).
  • You don't like it (you'll be only paying for the return shipping).
  • To prevent potential abuse, we are limiting the replacements to one time. But don’t worry, we’ll still refund you in the off-chance the replacements still don’t work.
  • If you received the product as a gift, just email us at support@bitimexhome.com with a photo of the defective item and your address, and the full name of the person who gifted it to you. We will attempt to locate the order for your warranty.

To make things easier, you don't even have to return it, so that saves yourself a trip to the post office! However, we also want to make sure you get the right product and not a counterfeit or used one. As long as we’re able to find your order number in our systems, we got your back.

 

For Westlake Commercial Refrigerator & Ice Maker:

We are a distributor of Westlake Kitchen. 

Warranty:

  • Westlake Kitchen provides 2 years warranty for the whole machine, including free parts, telephone/video guidance, door-to-door maintenance, and other services.
  • The compressor is guaranteed for 6 years, but only the costs of parts and delivery are covered for the last 4 years.

Return Policy:

You can return the product for a refund within 14 days of delivery only if:

(1) The item is in its original condition and the packaging is acceptable.

(2) If there is no quality issue and you'de like to return, you agree to pay the return delivery fee. 

(3) If your item is damaged or defective, you should let us know within 14 days of delivery. If you reject the maintenance, we'll pay for the return delivery charge.  We will provide you with the warehouse address, and you can send it back. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the package (we will contact you in advance and arrange for a courier to pick up the package when you are available). You can also send it back by yourself, and we will refund the shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy: 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
